Refunds are not applicable for internet problems, device issues, or technical errors on the learner’s side. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable setup for online training. We provide support where possible but cannot issue refunds.

6. Duplicate Payment Refunds

If a duplicate payment occurs accidentally, the excess amount will be refunded after verification. Processing may take 5–7 working days. Learners should share proof of payment for faster resolution.

7. Misconduct or Policy Violations

Refunds will not be provided to learners removed due to unacceptable behavior or violation of rules. Maintaining a respectful learning environment is essential. Access may be revoked if misconduct is reported.

8. Digital Learning Material

All study materials, resources, and vouchers are digital goods and cannot be returned or refunded. Once delivered, they are permanently accessible to the learner. These items are considered final sale products.
